Mini medals, garter (make the Eros Bow fairly quickly in the game), seeds, money, alchemy items, Magic key, and a stronger sword for Angelo can all be found. Definitely make sure you hit all the rooms in the castle. I went H (up), out the door G, up stairs C, worked my over to the door marked Outside to D, then over to D, down stairs E, down to F, and then follow that map (Castle Trodain: 1st Floor) to Door A. I entered through the door that is marked by the left arrow. I started on the map that says Castle Trodain: 1st floor, East Wing. Magic Key will be found in the castle as well.ĮDIT: ok, from looking at those maps, I guess the 3rd floor is where you would start working left. Of course, don't forget to ransack every cabinet, hanging bag, barrels, and pots along the way. I don't have the map in my head exactly, but you will basically be going in the right side of the castle (as if you're facing it when you first come in the gates) going up to the 4th floor and working your way across the main part and back down the left side.
